From that moment on, I became a passionate advocate for leadership development, determined to elevate public sector leadership. I've invested countless hours - more than I spent in marathon budget meetings (and dang, I have spent my fair share of time in budget meetings) - and more dollars than a city park renovation. Books, workshops, university classes, podcasts, online videos—if it could help me soar to new heights and reclaim my balance, I was on board.
Soon, I began designing leadership training plans for others. Before I knew it, I was teaching workshops at a University and building this program to help government leaders like you reach new altitudes in your career.
